Let AI Interview You About Your Career
Let AI interview you one question at a time, and leave with a short Strengths Note backed by your own examples.
“What am I actually good at?” is a question most of us carry around for years. Personality quizzes give you a label. Career articles give you lists. Neither knows anything about the Tuesday afternoon when you lost track of time fixing a messy spreadsheet, or the meeting where you said what everyone was thinking.
In this tutorial, you flip the usual setup: instead of you asking AI questions, AI interviews you. Picture the intern sitting across the table with a notebook, asking one good question at a time and writing down your examples. In about 40 minutes you’ll have a short, honest note about your strengths, and a few small experiments to test them at work. The intern takes the notes. You decide what’s true.
What you'll get
| The result | A 1–2 page Strengths Note: 3–5 underlying strengths, each backed by your own examples, plus 2–3 small career experiments for the next month |
| Level | Level 1 (chat). The quarterly review in Part 2 uses a Skill or a scheduled reminder |
| Loop step you'll practice | “Give context” (this time the AI helps you draw it out) and “You check” (telling real insight from flattering filler) |
| Time | About 40 minutes for the interview and note, then one month of small experiments |
